Question: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

e accept returns for most items within 14 days from receipt.

Question: Can I cancel my purchase?

Answer: Please email Be sure to include the order number, email associated with the purchase and/or name provided at checkout. Our team will confirm cancellation and refund of the purchase once the purchase has been cancelled successfully. When an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

Question: There is a problem with my delivery confirmed purchase, what can I do?

Question: Can I make changes to a Pre-Order?

Answer: Pre-Orders will be charged at the time of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order please contact before the date that the product is set to ship. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once a shipping label has been created. 

Question: Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Answer: It depends on your location.  Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated and the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
If no sales taxes are due, none will be charged.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept most payment methods through Shopify Payments such as credit card, debit card and Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.
